Chi Club membership is open to all residents of Australia.
To join, download the Yo-Chi app and set up a new membership account. Yo-Chi may grant or refuse membership at its absolute discretion. Membership barcode may not be copied or duplicated in any way. Each member is only permitted to have one membership which will be allocated to one nominated email address at the time of registration.
Upon registration members are required to enter contact details in the Yo-Chi app to activate membership including full name, date of birth, email, home venue and postcode. It is the member’s responsibility to update any changes to personal details within the Chi Club app. Members may opt out of the Chi Club at any time by updating preferences in the Chi Club app.
Promotional offers will occasionally apply for new members upon sign-up however these may be changed at any time.
Members earn one Chi Point for every $10 spent in a Yo-Chi venue. A member who has accumulated Chi Points can redeem them towards Yo-Chi product for free once they have reached 10 points. If their purchase comes to less than $10 in value the balance is not redeemable in cash. Point redemption is available on all products sold within Yo-Chi venues with the exception of gift cards. Does not apply to online or supermarket purchases.
The Chi Club app will automatically calculate how much is spent in each transaction to the cent, eg if a member spends $14.49 they will earn 1.449 Chi Points. Chi Points displayed in the app are rounded to the nearest two decimal points.
Members will receive an email with a birthday freebie up to the value of $10 in the form of a Yo-Chi voucher on the date of their birthday, on the basis of having provided their birthdate in the profile set-up. The member has 14 days from the time of issue, including the issue day, to redeem the voucher at any Yo-Chi venue. Any remaining balance over $10 is payable by cash or card. The birthday voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction, and no change will be issued. The voucher cannot be used online, through delivery apps or anywhere Yo-Chi products are sold other than in Yo-Chi venues. Memberships must be active and verified by 3:30am on the morning of their birthdate to receive the birthday voucher.
Points accrued cannot be used as a part-payment or redeemed for cash. If members do not use their Chi Club membership for a period of two years, their membership will be cancelled along with all accrued entitlements.
Yo-Chi may introduce special offers from time to time at our own discretion, and these offers may include additional terms and conditions.
Chi Club points cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash. Point redemption is available on all full-priced products sold within Yo-Chi venues, except gift cards. Does not apply to online or supermarket purchases. Points cannot be accrued from online or in venue gift card purchases, online or supermarket purchases or when a promotional/discount voucher is applied.
Yo-Chi reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a member’s Chi Club account without notice or reason and at its absolute discretion. If a membership is terminated, all outstanding point accruals will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.
Yo-Chi reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary Chi Club benefits without notice and at any time, at its absolute discretion.
Yo-Chi eGift Cards are available for purchase on the Yo-Chi website (www.yochi.com.au) and can be redeemed at any Yo-Chi venue in Australia.
eGift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. eGift Cards may only be used for purchases in Yo-Chi venues and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Yo-Chi eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for online purchases, through third party delivery apps or at any other location where Yo-Chi products are sold.
The funds available can be verified on request at any Yo-Chi venue in Australia. No change will be given and any balance that remains on the card can be used in whole or part against future purchases at Yo-Chi. eGift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.

Yo-Chi Swirl & Share vouchers are redeemable at any Yo-Chi venue nationally and entitles the recipient to Yo-Chi creations to the value of $50. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Any additional amount is payable by the recipient. The voucher must be used in one transaction and no change will be given. The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other items or monetary compensation. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or used for the purchase of merchandise, take home tubs or online orders (including Uber Eats and Door Dash).

Emergency service workers who are employed within the specific professions outlined below are entitled to a 50% discount off their Yo-Chi upon presentation of valid identification confirming their employment. Whilst we acknowledge the definition of Emergency Services can extend into a variety of different industries and roles, this promotional offer applies specifically to first responders in the following professions;

Students from nominated schools or universities are eligible to redeem the Chi Week offer based on the following terms and conditions. Students must be a Chi Club member to redeem the offer.
Yo-Chi will nominate specific schools and universities relevant to a particular venue for the Chi Week promotion, to be announced on social media during the week leading up to each event. Eligible students are entitled to claim a free $10 Yo-Chi per transaction on the specific communicated date and time relevant to their school or university, upon presentation of valid student identification or uniform. Any incremental value over $10 is to be paid at the register. Limited to one redemption per person.

Chi Club members who have not transacted in 24 months or more will receive a voucher for a free Yo-Chi self-serve yogurt or açaí up to the value of $10 in their Yo-Chi app. To claim the voucher, customers must scan their unique barcode at any Yo-Chi venue. Any remaining balance over $10 is payable by cash or card. The voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction, and no change will be issued. It cannot be used online, through delivery apps, or anywhere Yo-Chi products are sold other than at Yo-Chi venues. The voucher is valid until 11:59pm on November 19, 2025. Chi Club members who do not make a transaction within 14 days of receiving their voucher will have their Chi Club account terminated. If a membership is terminated, all outstanding points and accruals will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void. Individuals whose accounts are terminated may sign up again, however, no details from their previous account will be retained.
